Pedagogical conditions of success in managing the quality management system documentation in libraries

Abstract. The problems of Document fluxes libraries in the introduction of a quality management system is due to the insufficient level of competence lennye professionals documentologists. Described study of the influence of competence documentologists the quality of managerial in-formation in the GAC "Republican Medical Library and Information Center" and offered a course on "Management of QMS documentation in libraries" as a tool of the learning environment in the library.
