Enterprises of coal industry has recently turned to the practice of corporate social responsibility in their activities in modern Russia. This applies to all its branches, including work with the staff. Young people seem to be the most vulnerable categories of workers in the modern world, who contribute to a number of related and unrelated reasons. The paper describes the evolution of the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility and its functioning in Russia. We studied the theory of generations. The emphasis is placed on the optimization of work with young people through the use of communication technologies.

This article presents a classification of methods for restoring spent regeneration solutions of sodium cation filters. A diagram of a modified filter cleaning technology is presented. Schematics and descriptions of chemical and combined restoration technologies are provided. Chemical reactions occurring in equipment used for lime-soda and lime-sulfate softening are presented. A description of the thermoreagent method is provided, along with a flow chart. The advantages and disadvantages of the restoration methods considered are indicated.
