Microlearning is a modern trend that is rapidly gaining popularity not only in the field of corporate training, but also in the educational system. However, the lack of a systematic discussion and different approaches to defining this concept make it difficult to develop effective methodological solutions. The purpose of this article is to determine and shape the key principles of the implementation of microlearning for teaching foreign languages under the framework of the competency-based approach as the one guiding educational organizations. To solve this problem, theoretical and empirical research methods are used: analysis of relevant publications and world trends in the context of the digital transformation of education; comparative analysis of the basic elements of the concepts under consideration to determine their compatibility. Reviewing publications, the article compares both the developed concept of the competency-based approach that dominates modern education and the concept of microlearning, which has recently increased the pace of its development. As a result of the study, a matrix of compliance of the basic characteristics of microlearning with the principles of the competency-based approach was compiled and the principles of microlearning were formulated: the principle of self-sufficiency of micromodules; the principle of focusing; the principle of subjective time; the principle of interactivity; the principle of digitalization and mobility. A significant degree of compliance of the microlearning concept with the competency-based approach allows us to draw a conclusion about the applicability of microlearning in educational organizations at different levels (in particular for learning foreign languages). However, there are also contradictions that arise at the stage of practical implementation of the microlearning concept elements into the learning process at a university. To the greatest extent they refer to the principles of self-sufficiency of micromodules, subjectivity of time, and interactivity, which is due to the factors enveloping the process of learning in educational organizations. Prospects for further research are the search for methodological solutions and didactic resources that correspond to the previously mentioned principles, and their implementation in teaching practice.

The international cooperation with Chinese universities is developing at a rapid pace in Russia due to economic and political interaction. This cooperation between the two countries has accelerated development in the field of education. The relevance of the presented methodology of Russian as a foreign language lies in its effectiveness and improvement of the educational process organization, which is required by new international educational standards. The issue of teaching Russian as a foreign language is considered using the works of foreign and domestic scientists. The article analyzes methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language to Chinese students in the field of “System programming and artificial intelligence technologies.” The authors examine existing educational and methodological materials using the ethnic orientation of students. The purpose of the research is to generalize the methodology and practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the educational process of the university. They highlighted the requirements for the organization of the educational process, for educational training and providing language training taking into consideration the students’ national linguistic specificity. The characteristics of works on the consideration of Russian as a foreign language in the sociocultural context are given. The article proposes an educational process that is divided into four stages of learning with gradual immersion in the social environment. Each stage is complemented by a subject focus, taking into account the communicative approach. Systematic training with a communicative focus ensures obtaining high-quality results in the acquisition of linguistic, communicative and sociocultural skills. The authors described the practical experience of teaching Russian as a foreign language with elements of edifying, educational and socially focused orientation obtained over several years at the Rostov State Transport University. The existing problems of studying Russian as a foreign language are analyzed, including modern approaches to the forms and methods of mastering vocabulary, grammar and colloquial speech. Taking into account the positive results of the method, we can note its practicability and effectiveness. The article may be of practical importance for teachers of Russian as a foreign language who do not have experience working with Chinese students and can use the proposed methodology in the teaching process.

Education has rapidly begun to change its format with the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into our lives. Traditional teaching methods are being modified to keep up with digital advances. Schoolchildren and students are already actively using artificial intelligence (hereinafter AI) and chat-GPT capabilities as a learning assistant. The purpose of this paper is to develop an experimental technology of implementing AI tools in the educational process of teaching a foreign language. The tasks of this study include a bibliographic review of available educational programmes based on artificial intelligence and trial testing of the developed technology. A review of scientific literature was conducted on articles devoted to the use of artificial intelligence in foreign language teaching, which resulted in the identification of promising methodological developments and weaknesses that negatively affect the teaching of a foreign language. Subsequent work included the development of a three-stage technology of using AI-based programmes in the formation of various aspects of foreign language speech in learners. The research base for the experimental work included 50 1st year medical students of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba. The training took place during the first academic semester from September to December 2023. Participants of the control group (25 students) studied a foreign language (English) according to the standard programme, the training of the experimental group with the same number of participants took place with the introduction of a step-by-step algorithm for the application of AI in the classroom and the use of AI programmes for independent work. The results of the conducted work consisted in the observation of an increase in the students' motivation to fulfil learning tasks, more active involvement in the learning process. Comparison of the final testing data showed a significant increase in the phonetic development of speech. The experimental group almost twice surpassed the control group in the correctness of pronunciation of lexical units (56% against 25%). The development of lexical skills and grammatical aspect of speech did not show big differences between the groups. Taking into account the stated results, we can conclude that the use of AI in the framework of students' language training programmes with a step-by-step technology of AI implementation has a great potential in the formation of various aspects of speech, especially its phonetic side.

The relevance of this study is determined by the goals outlined in the Federal Educational Program of Primary Basic Education regarding the subject "Foreign Language," aimed at fostering elementary foreign language communicative competence (FLCC), broadening students' linguistic horizons through the acquisition of new language tools (phonetic, orthographic, lexical, and grammatical), integrating inventive and exploratory exercises and digital electronic resources into the educational process. The aim of the article is to provide educators with materials on the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) – technology using artificial intelligence (AI) programs, geared to developing foreign language communicative competence in primary school students. Modern foreign language textbooks offer diverse teaching methodologies, interactive exercises, authentic texts, audio, and video materials, facilitating more effective and engaging language skills acquisition, yet they can be further enriched with digital resources. The article elaborates on the structure and components of the textbook, discusses tasks for the development of all types of speech activities, and provides summaries of selected lessons. It is concluded that the integration of TRIZ technology with AI (DALL-E, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, Microsoft Azure Speech, IBM Watson Speech to Text) not only enhances students' speech and language skills but also stimulates their creative thinking. The proficient application of TRIZ technology and digital technologies synthesis in foreign language learning not only contributes to the formation of students' foreign language communicative competence but also inspires them towards exploratory thinking and creative expression of their thoughts. The theoretical and practical significance of the article lies in the examination and supplementation of materials from the "Foreign Language" textbook for educators, aimed at developing foreign language communicative competence in primary school students using TRIZ methods with the use of digital technologies.

The relevance of the work lies in the research and application of gamification techniques for the development of foreign language spontaneous speech among higher school students. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of using gamification on the linguistic aspects of the development of foreign language spontaneous speech among higher school students. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to analyze the literature on the research topic, to develop training programs using gamification techniques, to test their effectiveness in practice, to compare the results with traditional teaching methods. The article includes the description of an experiment with the participation of Economics majors. There are two main approaches aimed at developing spontaneous foreign language speech of students, focusing on linguistic aspects using gamification and traditional methods. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn. Firstly, gamification has proven its effectiveness in developing foreign language spontaneous speech of higher school students. Training sessions using game elements allowed students to interact with the material more actively and show interest in learning a foreign language. The theoretical significance of this study lies in the important contribution to the field of gamification use in foreign language teaching. The practical significance lies in the use of the research results by teachers to improve methods of teaching foreign languages. The use of gamification can help make the learning process more interesting and attractive for students, which, in turn, can contribute to more successful development of their spontaneous speech in a foreign language. Gamification seems to be a promising tool for diversifying the educational process, increasing students’ motivation, and effectively developing spontaneous foreign language speech.

Modern Russian higher education needs teachers who have interdisciplinary knowledge, who are able to pose and solve non-standard problems independently, who are able to formulate and solve key problems of society and the state. The relevance of the problem under study is determined by the search for new forms, methods and technologies for increasing the creativity of a modern university teacher, involving students in the educational process and their professional interaction in the educational environment of higher education. The purpose of the article is to describe the strategic session as an effective technology aimed at enhancing the activities of students and improving the professional skills of a modern university teacher through the development of new interactive technologies for working with the younger generation. The need to broach the topic is also caused by the fact that strategic sessions are currently a relevant technology used in the educational process of the higher education system. Analysis of modern sources of psychological and pedagogical knowledge proves their theoretical and methodological validity. The article presents the main methodological approaches that underlie strategic sessions, presents the stages and describes in detail the methodology for conducting them. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results make it possible to complement and deepen scientific ideas about the influence of strategic sessions on the development of creativity of university teachers and increasing the involvement of students in the educational process. The practical significance of the study is that a detailed description of conducting strategic sessions can methodically ensure the effective implementation of this technology in the innovative work of modern universities, which will allow optimizing the activities of higher educational institutions for the formation and development of creative educational environment of the university aimed at improving educational and professional activities, improving the professional skills of teachers through the development of new interactive forms of work with the younger generation.

Today, the factor of intellectual and digital transformation of society has a special impact on the educational process in universities in the field of physical education and sports. The use of new IT-technologies in the process of physical education raises physical culture and sports to a new level, and contributes to the education of a healthy generation. Therefore, the aim of the study is to identify the dynamics of the application and development of intellectual and digital technologies and sports software in the educational process of university students. Research objectives: to study the scientific literature on this topic; to determine the degree of positive impact of the use of IT-technologies and software on the educational process in the field of physical education and sports in various universities of the Samara region; to identify the impact of IT-technologies and software on the growth of athletic achievements of student athletes. The complexity of the problem under study and the complexity of the research object itself predetermined the use of various methods in identifying the main areas of application of IT-technologies and software, both in the educational process and in the sports activities of students. Having studied the scientific literature on this topic, the authors note that all higher educational institutions, at the moment, are building their educational process using IT-technologies, educational information platforms, modern software for various specialties and subjects. The sphere of physical education and sports in universities of our country and abroad is no exception. Next, the authors analyze the main trends in the development of information digital technologies (IT-technologies) for the subject of "Physical education and sports" in Russian universities. It is noted that the growth of the use of digital technologies in universities continues. They claim that the process will create even more innovative solutions and software for education and sports. The authors do not exclude that new technologies in virtual and augmented reality, analytical systems based on artificial intelligence and other progressive developments in order to improve the training and competitive process of student athletes of various universities in the Samara region will appear in the near future, which underlines the theoretical and practical significance of the research.

The relevance of legal education, upbringing, as well as the formation of legal literacy is unambiguous in our days. The availability of legal knowledge for each individual is the main condition for a safe and comfortable human existence in society. An important thing in the psychological development of a child is the assimilation of norms and rules of behavior in society and understanding of their value and necessity. The formation of legal literacy among primary school students is an integral part of the educational process and social development. An analysis of publications on the topic under study shows that this issue is being considered by both Russian and foreign researchers. At the same time, the issue of legal literacy formation among primary school students is not clearly reflected, and the the system of work in this area is regulated incompletely. In connection with these circumstances, the purpose of this article is to present the concept of legal literacy formation among primary school students, which is the basis for the development of effective technologies, programs and techniques. The objectives of the research are: analysis of domestic and foreign literature in the field of legal literacy; characteristics of methodological approaches to the formation of legal literacy of primary school students; substantiation of the specific features of the concept of legal literacy formation among primary school students. The leading research methods are: theoretical methods - a retrospective analysis that allowed us to reveal the essence and specifics of legal literacy, methodological approaches to its study available in the psychological and pedagogical literature. The main result of the article is the development of a concept for the formation of legal literacy among primary school students based on the analysis of scientific research in this field. The theoretical significance of the article consists in the analysis of the main theoretical approaches to the formation of legal literacy in primary school students and the development of the concept for the formation of legal literacy in primary school students, which can be used in the practical work of teachers and specialists in the field of education. The results of the research and the developed concept provide the basis for the development of effective technologies, programs and techniques aimed at the formation of the legal competence among primary school students.

The study of the problem of Master Program students’ training for the foreign language academic text analysis using Internet and electronic educational resources is relevant at present. The purpose of the study is to clarify the content of the master's degree program training (45.04.01 Philology), the opportunities of Internet and electronic educational resources in teaching English-academic vocabulary for special purposes; Digital humanities tools (text analysis and data visualization Voyant Tools) for Digital Humanities / Master Program in Humanities students’ training. The article discusses issues related to the use of Voyant Tools Internet resource as a tool for teaching English for academic purposes to graduate students. The didactic potentials of electronic educational resources for teaching English for academic purposes to graduate students are described. The conducted theoretical research has shown that the graduate students’ training for the foreign language academic texts analysis using the Voyant Tools tool is due to the relevance of digital humanities’ professional activity, necessity to use both academic terminology and digital technologies in their professional and practical agency. It is noted that in teaching graduate students to analyze foreign language academic texts, it is necessary to pay attention not only to linguistic academic discourse, but also to electronic educational resources for teaching foreign language. The practical significance of the research focuses on the proposed aspects of using Voyant Tools as a tool for teaching academic English for research to graduate students and presenting the results of research in the process of preparing Master's Degree thesis.

The relevance of the problem under study is due to the increased importance of studying English as a second foreign language. More and more representatives of other countries are studying English as a second foreign language with Russian as their first language, since it is the language of intercultural and interlinguistic communication on the world stage of educational space. The development of modern methods of teaching English as a second foreign language with Russian being the first is due to the introduction of modern educational digital technologies into the pedagogical process and their unsystematic use in the process of teaching English as a second foreign language and the need to master it as a foreign language at the level sufficient to master the curriculum. The purpose of the study is to develop a system of exercises using global simulation technology with the aim of developing the sociocultural competence of foreign students studying English as a second foreign language. Particular attention is paid to presenting key information about the didactic potential of global simulation technology. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the authors identified theoretical and practical aspects of increasing the effectiveness of the formation of sociocultural competence among foreign students in the process of teaching English as a second foreign language; developed and scientifically substantiated exercises for the formation of sociocultural competence of foreign students – Linguistics majors in the process of teaching English as a second foreign language using global simulation technology. An analysis of the problem of developing the sociocultural competence of foreign students in the process of teaching English as a second foreign language was carried out. The educational potential of using global simulation technology as an organizational and activity basis for the effective formation of sociocultural competence among foreign students in the process of teaching English as a second foreign language is considered.

Opportunities for teaching physical education and sports using VR technologies and simulators make it possible to create conditions that are as close as possible to real competitions and training, facilitating rapid and complete assimilation of the material and increasing student motivation. The development of computer technologies for modeling scenarios and creating virtual reality makes it possible to use VR in various fields, including sports training for schoolchildren, students and professional athletes. Recent studies show that virtual reality can significantly improve the effectiveness and quality of sports training, while promoting the physical development of young people and the development of modern sports. The introduction of innovative programs is especially relevant now, when there is a process of critical reflection on many theoretical and practical methods in the field of physical education of youth within the framework of standard educational programs. VR technologies are gradually being introduced into training programs for professional athletes in high-performance sports and can significantly improve the quality of education among schoolchildren and students. The aim of the work is to identify the influence of the latest virtual technologies on the results of students’ sports training, as well as to find out their effectiveness in comparison with traditional teaching methods. As part of the study, we made an analysis of current trends in the use of virtual reality and simulators in sports and also examined the results of previous scientific research on this topic. An experimental study was conducted during which the participants were divided into two groups: one was trained exclusively within the framework of standard curriculum, the second with the additional use of modern simulators. The study resulted in a number of proposals for the development of a new methodology for physical education classes and sports using VR technologies, which allow one to apply the skills and experience gained in a virtual environment in the real world. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the developed methodology for teaching youth sports disciplines and physical education using simulators and VR technologies as a more effective analogue of the standard curriculum. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using computer technologies to optimize the learning process, as well as to organize sports training in any conditions.

The relevance of the research is determined by the need of modern digital education in new learning formats. Among them, hybrid learning is of key importance, especially in the context of digitalization and stress situations (post-pandemic period, quarantine). The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate the essence of hybrid learning and the possibilities of transforming B. Bloom's taxonomy into it. The authors present a complex of concepts of hybrid learning, including its structure and content. The article clearly articulates the position that hybrid and blended learning are not synonymous, despite their outward similarity, emphasizing the semantic differences between the two formats of educational interaction. The work proposes methods for hybrid interaction of all participants in the educational process as subjects of educational activity. The authors suggest using Bloom's taxonomy as the leading mechanism in this process. The idea that Bloom's taxonomy represents a model for classifying different levels of cognitive skills, ranging from simple receptive processes to more complex creative functions, is underlined in the work. Various modifications of the taxonomy adapted to the digital educational environment are increasingly employed in contemporary education. The convergence of traditional teaching methods with innovative digital technologies is observed in the modern educational space. This article specifically examines the application of Bloom's taxonomy in hybrid student learning, including divergent thinking (finding multiple answers to one question). It analyzes the various levels of the taxonomy that can be integrated into hybrid learning to enhance the effectiveness of the educational process. The authors have adapted the taxonomy of educational goals to design the process of developing students' cognitive skills while teaching historical disciplines. The results obtained enrich Bloom's concept of forming different levels of cognitive skills and abilities in the context of hybrid and blended learning (knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, evaluation). Our research is important for understanding how modified models of Bloom's taxonomy can be effectively used in the process of hybrid interaction to stimulate higher levels of cognitive activity and create conditions for the development of student subjectivity. We believe that the results of our work will be beneficial for educators and researchers seeking to improve the educational process through adaptive integration of Bloom's taxonomy into hybrid learning.

The relevance of the work lies in the analysis and practical application of gamification techniques for the development of foreign language dialogical speech skills of 1st year students - Linguistics majors. The aim of the study is to determine the effectiveness degree of using gamification techniques in teaching and developing students’ foreign language dialogic speech skills. To achieve this goal, the tasks were defined as following: analyze the literature on the research topic, develop training sessions that include elements of gamification, evaluate the effectiveness of gamification techniques in a practical experiment, compare the results of the experimental group using gamification for education and the control group using traditional learning methods. The research consists of the experiment with the participation of 1st year students - Linguistics majors. The authors highlight the main characteristics of foreign language dialogic speech that influence the development of speaking skills in the article. Particular attention is paid to linguistic aspects and the use of gamification techniques and traditional teaching methods. Based on the results of the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: the introduction of gamification elements into the educational process demonstrates the positive dynamics of the development of foreign language dialogic speech skills among higher school students; through the use of gamification techniques during training sessions, a comfortable atmosphere for interaction was created, which also has a positive effect on educational outcomes. The theoretical significance of this work lies in important contribution to the study of the use of gamification techniques in foreign language teaching. The practical significance lies in the potential use of the materials of this study by teachers as a support for increasing the efficiency of foreign language teaching methods used in conducting classes. The introduction of gamification elements into the educational process can contribute to greater student interest, which leads to positive dynamics in the educational outcomes.

Pedagogical innovations caused by the challenges of the time and the development of digital technologies imply the improvement of educational programs, the enrichment of the range of didactic methods and tools, including those for the development of logical thinking of participants in information interaction. A mentor in a modern school needs knowledge of the basics of logic both for the formation of a student's personality, for the individualization of the educational process and for professional self-realization. The purpose of the article is to explore the capabilities of a spreadsheet for the development of logical thinking of future teachers in the framework of a new learning model. To diagnose the formation of logical thinking, a set of techniques is used ("Geometric shapes", "Quantitative relations", "Complex analogies"). Software support tool: MS Excel. The study involved 330 first-year students of Vyatka State University with the area of training 44.03.05 Pedagogical Education (with two training profiles). The scientific novelty consists in the fact that the potential of using a spreadsheet for the development of logical thinking among students of pedagogical field in the context of a new educational model of the university have been identified. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that the identified capabilities are specified on the example of the information activities of preservice teachers on the use of structured data processing technology in the discipline-constructor classroom. Working with a spreadsheet is organized in three stages: learning basic tools and built-in functions; conditional formatting, charting and plotting; facilities that allow you to analyze and protect the contents of tables. The authors draw conclusions about the potential of using structured data processing technology for the development of logical thinking: conditional formatting; visualization of tabular values with subsequent modification of the graphical model; establishing links between the source data and the result (in the form of formulas, graphs, diagrams, totals); automatic recalculation of the result; filtering, sorting by different criteria, etc. The difficulties of the proposed innovations are identified: how to formulate the condition of the first problem so that its solution would be universal for students with different learning paths; how to modify the task according to the specifics of the training profile; how to organize a reasoned discourse, etc. Practical significance: the results of the study can be used by teachers and students of the university to improve their professional, independent, project activities in the context of a new educational model.

The problem of support for parents raising a child with autism spectrum disorders is relevant due to their determining role in establishing contacts with the world around the child and, at the same time, significant difficulties that hinder the successful realization of parents' educational functions. Among such difficulties there are negative psychological experiences of parents (fear, anxiety, stress), lack of necessary information regarding the specifics of educational tasks, negative educational experience, as well as social rejection of the child and his/her family. Due to the above, the fulfillment of the educational function by parents becomes much more complicated, and parenting is qualified in the psychological and pedagogical sense as "special". The purpose of the research presented in the article is to substantiate, develop and test the author's original means of fostering informed parenting in mothers raising children with autism spectrum disorders – pedagogical game "Understand me", which provides understanding of the child's specific difficulties; acceptance of the role of a parent of a child with ASD; development of an effective program of actions in various educational situations. The leading methods of researching the problem were a survey of mothers bringing up children with autism spectrum disorders 4-13 years old using the developed questionnaire, and the formative experiment involving game meetings. As a result of the study, the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical game has been demonstrated in terms of mothers' emotional and informational support, acquisition of effective child-rearing techniques and positive contacts with the social environment. Positive effects of trial testing of the pedagogical game, along with satisfaction with the proposed activity and the desire to continue it, also confirms the establishment of new productive contacts by mothers, reflection of their educational experience, the opportunity to take a new look at educational problems, increasing the objectivity of ideas about their child and themselves; manifestation of optimism; finding answers to important questions. Theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results enrich scientific ideas about the potential of pedagogical game as a means of fostering informed parenting in families raising children with autism spectrum disorders. In practical terms, the developed pedagogical game can be used for psychological and pedagogical support of these children parents.

The change in the geography of business cooperation in various sectors of Russian industry and its intensification does not exclude the use of English as a language of international communication, which makes the services of specialists in the field of management and marketing in demand in the modern market. This makes us recognize the problem of teaching students marketing communication in English not only important and relevant, but also allows us to understand its modern nature, which is fundamentally different from the generally accepted nature of teaching a professionally oriented foreign language. The significance of the study of the online platform Twee and its digital tools in teaching marketing communication in English lies in the fact that the designated educational platform has not been sufficiently studied in Russia for a number of reasons. One of them is the predominance and spread of traditional methods of teaching a foreign language. The purpose of the study is to analyze the pedagogical potential of the online platform Twee and its digital tools in teaching marketing communications in English. The article describes the main stages of experiential learning with the participation of students studying in the area of training 38.03.02 “Management”, specialization “Marketing and Digital Communications”. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion was made about the breadth of didactic properties and functions of the Twee online platform and its digital tools in teaching marketing communications in English: interactivity, information content, visibility, autonomy, ease of use, instant access and providing feedback connections that contribute to the effective development of communicative competence of students in higher education. The theoretical significance of the work lies in substantiating the importance of using the pedagogical potential of the Twee online platform and its digital tools in teaching marketing communications in English. The practical significance lies in the development and implementation of a step-by-step system of tasks for the formation of communicative competence in teaching second- and third-year students marketing communications in English, as well as in the use of research results by higher school teachers to improve methods of teaching foreign languages.

Today, the Federal project “University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform” is becoming increasingly popular in the student community. The results of the project can be a large-scale attraction of young people into the business community and the development of interest in entrepreneurship problems on the part of educational institutions and the state. At the state level, this will help increase the investment attractiveness of the scientific research and design sphere of research and development through the creation of student (youth) startups. The socio-cultural environment in the country is an important condition for the formation of the main elements of the business sector. The aim of the study is to identify the mechanism of the need to develop entrepreneurial competences among students of higher educational institutions and the procedure for support from the government. As a result of effective measures, it is possible to form an effective system for commercializing the results of intellectual activity of students throughout the country. Successful startups with attracted investments are able to supply the market and, accordingly, the population with necessary goods and services and satisfy their needs; and we can also note the possible creation of values and the provision of social benefits, support for such areas of society as medicine, education, culture, etc. Student entrepreneurship can be very beneficial for students as it helps them develop skills needed for a successful career such as leadership, problem solving, communication and financial management. In addition, it can lead to the creation of new jobs and economic growth. The development of entrepreneurial competences in students is an important aspect of education. There are various methods and approaches that can help students develop the necessary skills and knowledge. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the developed model – a program for preparing students for entrepreneurial activity (development of entrepreneurial competences) in the interaction of the university and government agencies. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of testing the factor analysis proposed by the authors to monitor the condition of student entrepreneurship at the level of universities in a particular region or country.

Changes in the labor market and the priority of human capital formation give universities a new task – professional development of the student, implying skills of working in a multicultural environment, expanded digital competences. The increase in the share of foreign students and the difficulties associated with their adaptation and improvement of the quality of training, also increases the importance of the formation of multicultural digital space of the university. The aim of this study is to analyze the potential of the multicultural digital space of the university in the context of the growth of the digital component of the educational process. The methodological basis of the study includes methods of the general scientific level (inductive deductive analysis, concretization and generalization) and methods of the specific scientific level (systematization and generalization of concepts). The study analyzed the concepts of the multicultural environment and multicultural space, and compared them. On the basis of the analysis, the article shows the importance of using the potential of multicultural educational space at the present stage of Russian higher education development, highlights its essential characteristics. The author defines the stages of digitalization in accordance with the stages of computer development, examines the problems of digitalization of education, finds out the factors that determine the need to use the potential of the multicultural educational space, shows the relationship between the digital and multicultural spaces, the prospects of the multicultural digital space use. She also notes the components of the multicultural digital space, which are important for the development of the multicultural digital personality: multicultural teachers of “digital university”, multiculturally oriented students, centers for multicultural education in combination with centers for the development of digital literacy at the university. The analysis of the stages of digitalization development from the point of view of the development of computers, the problems of digitalization form the basis of the theoretical significance of the study. The identified components of the multicultural digital space, which can be used by universities to develop the potential of these spaces, have practical value.

The main purpose of the study is the development of a set of measures to improve the educational process in terms of teaching disciplines of the forensic cycle in higher educational institutions and organizations. The article analyzes the provisions of the regulatory framework in the field of educational activity and the tenets of the doctrine on the organization and provision of the educational process in higher educational institutions. The opinions and approaches of domestic and foreign authors are studied, the theoretical and empirical knowledge in the field of teaching disciplines of the forensic cycle in higher educational institutions and organizations is accumulated, a range of relevant problems and ways to resolve them in the near future are outlined. The use of modern methods of cybernetic research has made it possible to identify vulnerable points in the organization and provision of the educational process in higher educational institutions and organizations and to develop a set of practical measures to eliminate them. The measures proposed by the author of the publication to improve the educational process and the educational technologies used in it are the reflection of the accumulated empirical experience in the field of teaching applied legal disciplines. The theoretical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their use in the course of further scientific developments on the stated topic. The relevance of the topic under research is determined by the necessity of the students' exposure to authentic materials with restricted contact with a foreign language, namely the English language. Taking into account the rapid growth in information technology and also the influence of multimedia on the learning process, the English TV series serve as a good aid in foreign language teaching. In this way they provide students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the language environment, familiarize themselves with the sociocultural context of the target language country. The article aims to comprehensively outline the work on the audio-visual material as exemplified by the TV series reboot of ''Saved by the bell'' of 2020 at a non-linguistic university. The research is based on the tenets of R. Mayer's multimedia learning theory positing that information processing system includes two channels – auditory and visual, each of them has limited capacity and an active learning process implies reliance on the existing knowledge. Apart from that, the work reflects R. Schmidt's noticing hypothesis according to which language input becomes intake as long as it is noticed. The hypothesis of affective filter plays a significant role showing how the affective filters exert influence on the learning materials intake. The study of the practical aspects and approaches to the work on TV series made it possible to formulate a number of principles of appropriateness of TV series use in the English teaching practice. Hence, these principles are reflected in the fact that the input has to be processed in large quantities, has to be comprehensible, engaging, familiar and contextualized. Based on the highlighted principles the algorithm of work on the TV series ''Saved by the bell'' is showcased. Theoretical implication of the research lies in the fact that a comprehensive consideration of the TV series use in English language teaching makes it possible to re-evaluate their learning potential and also deeper understand the cognitive processes involved in TV series watching by students. Practical implication of the article comes down to the fact that the outlined set of tasks can be taken into account in other TV series course design in different learning contexts, therefore, providing going beyond the usual methods of engagement with authentic audiovisual materials.

The university’s online self-presentation is an integral part of the university’s electronic information and educational environment. The purpose of the article is to present the results of an empirical study of the online self-presentation of a university in a social network, using the example of the Internet community “VKontakte” of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Petrozavodsk State University. The study involved the analysis of 337 publications of the Internet community “VKontakte” within the group of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Petrozavodsk State University. As a result, statistically significant correlations were found between the number of publications with “Like” marks and the number of views. “Share” marks have a connection only with the number of views. The influence of the publication topic on its popularity in the online community was also noted; the following headings and their keywords were identified: “congratulations”, “news”, “announcement”, “poll”, “information entry”. The authors studied the influence of targeting and personalization on the popularity of a publication, as well as the influence of the presence or absence of media files (with and without students) on the number of views, “likes” and “shares”.
