The modern lifestyle of students is characterized by high digital engagement, which leads to a reduction in the body's functional reserves, deterioration of physical fitness, and inability to reach the GTO standards. At the same time, physical education and sports can change this situation. However, the existing physical education programs in universities do not take into account the modern realities of student life. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for innovative approaches to physical education of students in the context of digital transformation of society. The introduction of digital tools for monitoring physical fitness and automating diagnostic processes will make it possible to implement pedagogical forecasting of the success in reaching standards, which will make it possible to build a proactive assessment of the dynamics of students' physical development and adjust the educational process in advance. Research hypothesis: the use of a mathematical forecasting model based on a set of morphofunctional indicators will make it possible to assess students' readiness to reach the GTO standards with sufficient accuracy. This approach will make it possible to purposefully build pedagogical strategies for improving the level of physical fitness of students. The aim of the work is to create a predictive tool for assessing students' readiness to reach the GTO standards based on morphofunctional examination data. The study involved 280 male students aged 18-20 years without medical contraindications to physical activity. The method of multiple linear regression was used as a method of pedagogical forecasting. Data collection included: anthropometry, assessment of body composition, strength tests, endurance tests, and speed tests. Statistical processing was performed by SPSS27. An analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the topic was made, which confirmed the practicability of integrating mathematical modeling into the practice of physical education. Using the method of multiple linear regression based on morphofunctional examination data made it possible to obtain formulas for predictive calculation of students' readiness to reach the GTO standards. The tests showed that only 60% of the subjects could reach the standards for a bronze badge. This conclusion made it possible to provide the necessary recommendations for improving the curriculum for general physical training. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the expansion of scientific ideas about the relationship between morphofunctional indicators and the level of physical fitness of students. The practical significance lies in the possibility of introducing the developed tool in universities for systematic monitoring of students' physical fitness and optimizing the content of curricula.

The development of students' sustained interest in physical education and sports (PES) is one of the key tasks of modern higher education. The student period is characterized by intensive development of physical abilities, active processes of socialization and professional self-determination, which objectively emphasizes the special importance of physical education at the university. At the same time, practice reveals significant problems: there is a low level of student involvement in sports events, and traditional methods of physical education demonstrate insufficient effectiveness. In the context of digitalization of education, there are both certain challenges and new opportunities. On the one hand, the widespread use of digital devices contributes to a decrease in physical activity. On the other hand, innovative forms of digital content and technologies are emerging that open up prospects for the natural integration of physical activity into everyday life and the learning process. In this regard, a comprehensive study of the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of interest in physical education, motivational factors that determine student engagement, as well as the potential of modern digital solutions in the field of physical education is of particular relevance. The aim of the work is to identify the pedagogical conditions and motivational factors that contribute to the development of students' long–term interest in physical education and sports at the university. To achieve this goal, a set of research methods was applied, including the analysis of scientific literature on the problem of students' motivation to engage in PES, questionnaires, organizing a pedagogical experiment with students, as well as mathematical processing and comparative analysis of the data obtained. In the course of the research, the authors made a comprehensive analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the issues of students' motivation to engage in PES. An important stage was the empirical experiment, which clearly demonstrated the high effectiveness of innovative technologies – VR training, dance simulators Just Dance and RPG adventures Ring Fit Adventure. The theoretical significance of the conducted research lies in the expansion of scientific ideas about the pedagogical conditions that contribute to increasing students' motivation to PES. The practical significance of the work is determined by the fact that its results can be used to improve the educational process and foster sustainable physical education and sports interests among students, which is especially important in today's educational environment.

Student athletes often face hypokinesia - limitation of motor activity caused by high academic workload, injuries, or periods of intensive exam preparation. This leads to a decrease in physical performance, which negatively affects both athletic achievements and academic performance. In this regard, it is particularly important to develop effective pedagogical conditions that minimize the effects of hypokinesia and accelerate the recovery of athletes in a university setting. The aim of the study is to substantiate a combination of pedagogical conditions for restoring the physical performance of student athletes after a prolonged hypokinetic regime. To achieve this goal, a set of methods was used: the analysis of scientific literature on the problems of hypokinesia and recovery of athletes was made; a pedagogical experiment was organized with the participation of student athletes; mathematical processing was performed and a comparative analysis of the data obtained was made. In the course of the research, the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the consequences of restriction of motor activity and ways to reduce the negative effects of hypokinesia were systematized and analyzed. The experiment showed that including physical activity in the recovery period significantly improves performance. The most effective combination was a program that combined moderate physical activity with elements of balneotherapy and massage treatments. The experimental group showed significant progress compared to the control group, although it was not possible to achieve full recovery of working capacity even among experienced athletes. The study confirmed that systematic physical exercises act as a key component of recovery, while the emphasis in rehabilitation measures may vary depending on the nature and duration of hypokinesia. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the extension of scientific ideas about the pedagogical conditions for restoring the physical performance of student athletes after a period of hypokinesia. The study contributes to the theory of sports pedagogy, clarifying the optimal combinations of restorative methods, the role of step-by-step dosing of loads and the relationship between the causes of hypokinesia and the selection of rehabilitation measures. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibility of implementing the developed recovery program in various areas of sports and educational activities. The program can be integrated into the work of university sports departments, used in the preparation of individual recovery plans for student athletes, and also included in methodological recommendations for coaches and physical education teachers.

Starting university studies is always associated with stress for students, and for those who continue their sports careers, this stress doubles, complicating the processes of adaptation to new academic activities. This determines the need for a thorough study of these processes. The relevance of our work lies in an integrated approach to the study of adaptation processes by examining the personal qualities of boxing students that affect their adaptive capabilities at the university. The purpose of the study is to investigate the role of sports influence on the personal development of students and compare the level of adaptation to the learning activities of students at the university. In the course of the research, methods of description, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics, as well as psychodiagnostic techniques were used. The article analyzes the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the study of the development of personal qualities in sports activities. The authors have identified certain personal qualities of boxer athletes, which show the level of their adaptation to educational and sports activities. An empirical study has confirmed the hypothesis that such qualities of boxer athletes have a positive effect on their ability to quickly integrate into a new team and successfully master academic disciplines even under significant athletic loads. Based on the results of research conducted using the above methods, the level of their development was found out, which led us to the conclusion that sports activities really facilitate the adaptation of student-athletes to study compared with ordinary first-year students. However, the high workload in the training process and competitive activities negatively affects the academic performance of boxer athletes. The theoretical significance of the results obtained lies in the deepening of scientific knowledge about the influence of sports on the formation of students’ personal qualities, which affect the adaptation processes in higher education. The practical value of the research lies in the fact that the data obtained can be useful in working with first-year students to facilitate their successful adaptation to the educational and sports process.

The relevance of this study is due to the fact that more and more students entering the university today have health problems, and the list of deviations in their current condition related to chronic diseases is constantly increasing. The large percentage are pathologies of the cardiovascular system. However, due to the intensification of the educational process in universities today, there is a tendency to decrease the volume of students' motor activity, which can negatively affect their physical development, physical fitness and functional condition. In this regard, there is a need to find an effective teaching methodology. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of practice-oriented training, varying in nature of physical activity, on female students with health disabilities who are medically assigned to a special medical group at Samara universities. To achieve this goal, various methods were used, including the analysis of scientific and methodological sources on the topic, methods of description, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics, and functional methods for assessing morphological and physiological changes. The study systematized and analyzed the works of domestic and foreign scientists, reflecting the fact of an increase in the overall incidence of diseases among young people. The practical part of the study included a pedagogical experiment, which allowed us not only to study in depth the health condition of female students with abnormalities of the cardiovascular system, but also to record various functional shifts at the period of the study. As a result of the analysis of the dynamics of the functional condition indicators of female students with various heart pathologies who had regular physical activity, it was found a decrease in heart rate (HR), systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and pulse pressure, which indicated favorable dynamics in the body's adaptation to physical activity. Based on this, it can be concluded that a decrease in physical activity in a special medical group can adversely affect the health of students, while the development of proper health-preserving behavior at the university will undoubtedly help them in life. Theoretical significance: scientific ideas about the general patterns of morphological and functional characteristics change and their development at different stages of practice-oriented education of university students with problems of the cardiovascular system are clarified, supplemented and systematized. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of successful applying the research results for the work with students in a special medical group.
