The article analyzes the important problem of identifying the giftedness of physics students, starting from the motivational component of the learning process. Describes individual methods of developing different types of giftedness, used by a physics teacher. The article analyzes the problems that teachers face when implementing training in additional education institutions.
The article presents the experience of conducting an integrated project of artistic groups for children engaged in the departments of art and decorative and applied arts on the basis of the unification of two cultures: Russia and Tatarstan. A feature of the project was the unification of teachers, students and parents.
