The article is devoted to the methods of studying the fundamentals of electricity and the assembly of electrical circuits in the course of robotics. Phet interactive resources, ways of using them, types of tasks, the sequence of studying concepts are considered.

The data on changes in specific energy consumption by mankind throughout its existence are presented, as well as the structure of energy consumption at the present time, including for environmentally friendly – renewable energy sources, the main problems associated with and are the causes of increasing energy consumption.

The article presents the main stages in the development of ideas about electricity, magnetism, and the electromagnetic field, as well as their significance for the emergence of electrodynamics. The most significant scientific discoveries and experiments in physics from the 16th to the 19th centuries are listed. The scientific achievements of such great scientists as B. Franklin, Ch. Coulomb, L. Galvani, A. Ampere, G. Ohm, M. Faraday, and J.C. Maxwell are described. This allowed us to identify a certain sequence of cognitive steps that led to the creation of electrodynamics.
