One of the functions of the Russian customs authorities is to ensure national security. The main role in this area, of course, is assigned to customs control. However, for its effective application, it is necessary to improve not only this activity of customs authorities and its other areas: customs operations, customs clearance, etc. the Use of electronic forms in the provision of customs services is an innovation in customs today. However, the transfer of customs Declaration to an electronic basis has already shown how much efficiency increases when implementing this innovation in the customs sphere. Its further development will significantly increase the work of all customs structures. This is not an assumption, but a statement confirmed by practice, which is also proved by our research.

This article examines the legal regulation of land purchases and sales in the context of digitalization of civil transactions. It analyzes the constitutional, civil, and land law foundations of transactions, as well as the impact of electronic services on contract form, the procedure for concluding them, and the state registration of ownership transfers. Particular attention is paid to the legal regime of electronic signatures, electronic auctions, remote banking transactions, and the functioning of information systems used in real estate transactions.
