From the equation of the efficiency of the boiler unit, the main directions for increasing the efficiency of the heat source were determined. A classification of measures to increase the efficiency factor is given. An analysis of measures to reduce heat losses is given. Schemes with the use of renewable energy resources and heat utilizers are considered. Based on the analysis, the simplest scheme for increasing the efficiency of the boiler was chosen.
A diagram and description of the operation of an air radiant heating system utilizing the heat from boiler exhaust gases is presented. The nature of heat load regulation is described. Equations are presented and the flue gas temperature at the heat recovery unit inlet is calculated. The dependences of flue gas flow rate in the heat recovery unit and changes in air temperature in the air heating system on the heating load are determined. Graphical dependencies of the resulting functions are shown.
