The article presents the results of the study on the problem of the attitude of employees and students to the university campus through their perception of the characteristics that belong to the groups "beautiful" and "unbeautiful", and the identification of the behavioral attitudes of actors to participate in the improvement of the campus. Main research methods are survey (the authors' development based on the methodological provisions of V.N. Myasishchev); modeling of the architectural and landscape environment; analysis and generalization. The survey was conducted in two stages: assessment of the real university campus and the project on its improvement. 47 employees and 52 students took part in the survey. It was revealed that the respondents perceive the real university campus as “simple” 42.6%, “sad” 25.0%, “careless” and “quite appropriate to the university campus” 14.7% respectively. The grounds of the improvement project are assessed as "beautiful" and "designer" by 23.3% respectively and "quite appropriate for the university campus" by 31.0%. An increase in the activity of respondents to take part in improving the new “beautiful” grounds by 21.9%, to participate in annual subbotniks by 12.3% was found. A sensitive attentive attitude of respondents to the real campus and a positive thoughtful attitude to the project, a sympathetic attitude to its improvement and caring for its preservation were revealed. The authors consider it expedient to more actively involve students and academic teachers in developing projects for improvement of university grounds as part of project activities, term papers and final qualifying papers (projects); to supplement the algorithm for designing the architectural and landscape environment with a component aimed at studying the attitude of actors to the grounds (real and project).

The article analyzes the implementation of the city program «Comfortable urban environment» in the city of Moscow, in the Lefortovo district. One of the decisive factors in the development of the economy of the territory is the organization of the urban environment, the level of its comfort. In the sphere of activity of municipal farms, it is necessary to create conditions that will provide the desired level of comfort for the population and favorable conditions for the development of the region's economy. This article discusses examples of the formation of a comfortable urban environment on the territory of the Lefortovo municipal district.
Currently, children and adolescents, as a rule, lack physical exercise. In this regard, we can largely expect the development of physical strength, especially dexterity. Therefore, improving the method of dexterity development, including exercises taken from basketball, is a very relevant research topic. Based on theoretical analysis, the author de-velops a circular training method proposed on the basis of a set of exercises, a set of ex-ercises that is implemented in the process of education and training. Educational experi-ments were conducted to show the effectiveness of these combined exercises. The results obtained can be used by teachers and trainers.

The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation has declared 2026 the Year of Preschool Education, along with improving the quality of care and development for preschoolers, and this also implies enhancing the psychological and pedagogical competency of parents. It has a decisive influence on the development of a child's personality. The aim of this study was to examine the psychological and pedagogical competency of parents raising preschool-aged children and to substantiate, test, and evaluate the effectiveness of a program aimed at improving the psychological and pedagogical competency of parents raising preschool-aged children. The theoretical and methodological foundation of this study is based on the work of scholars specializing in psychological and pedagogical competency, as well as educational and developmental psychology of preschoolers. The study utilized theoretical, empirical (questionnaires, testing), and data processing methods. A total number of 200 preschoolers and their parents participated in the study. The survey was conducted at two educational institutions in the city of Tula. Based on the research findings, a program for enhancing the psychological and pedagogical competency of parents raising preschool-aged children is presented. This program aims to expand parents' knowledge of their children's age-related characteristics, increase awareness of normal and deviant development, strengthen their motivation to be a role model for their child, consciously instill positive life goals in them, and enhance the value of spending time together and actively participating in their child's life. It also creates conditions and supports the need to analyze their own parenting mistakes. The study's novelty includes expanding and systematizing scientific understanding of the specifics, structure, and potential for developing parental competency among preschoolers’ parents. The theoretical significance of this study lies in clarifying the specifics of psychological and pedagogical competency in parents of preschool-aged children, expanding their understanding of the factors influencing its development, and identifying conditions and methods for improving it. The practical significance of this study lies in the potential for the application of a ready-to-use diagnostic program and a formative program in the work of preschool educational institutions presented in blocks in accordance with the structure of parental competency.
