The article deals with the problems and ways of increasing the quality of professional training of future pilots through the introduction innovative technologies into pedagogical practice, in which organized pedagogical conditions are a self-sufficient “starter” mechanism and basis of individual creative self-development of the personality cadets.
The article deals with the problem of heterogeneity of students' language abilities and the difficulty of mastering the material when using standardized programs. The author suggests the introduction of game methods into the educational process that stimulate cognitive development, increase motivation and reduce anxiety. The author emphasizes that game techniques can be adapted to different levels and ages of students, making learning more exciting and effective. As a result of their use, academic performance and overall learning effectiveness are improved.

This article examines the impact of innovative teaching technologies (critical thinking methods, project-based learning, and game-based learning) on the effectiveness of Russian language teaching. Based on an experiment with 10th and 11th grade students, it shows that the use of these methods increases motivation, improves communication skills, and enhances grammar acquisition. The results demonstrate an increase in academic performance (from 8% to 25% high results) and a decrease in the number of low achievers (from 44% to 5%). Particular attention is paid to group discussion methods, digital tools (LearningApps), and reflection. The effectiveness of integrating innovative approaches into teaching has been proven.
