The article is devoted to the issues of classification of crimes committed with two forms of guilt. Based on the study, the author in order to streamline the submission and assistance in understanding the specified phenomenon proposed its own classification, which allows to differentiate such crimes from intentional crimes, crimes committed by negligence with similar signs of the objective side, the ideal set of crimes.
