The article discusses the specificity of nouns-building skills mastering by preschoolers with speech pathology. The author presents the results of the conducted study. The types of errors are illustrated with the examples. It is noted that the inadequate word-building skills have a negative impact on the content of the statements of children with a general underdevelopment of speech. It is proposed to improve word-building skills in preschool children with the help of children's literature.
The relevance of the analyzed problem is due to the fact that the word-formation level of literary texts is an important source of creating a general expression of a literary work. The author's word formation reflects the idiosyncrasies of the writer or poet. The purpose of the study is to identify the artistic role of word-formation occasionalisms in the poetic works of Vera Polozkova. The results of the analysis showed that the nouns formed from pronouns according to unproductive models have the greatest expression in the texts studied.
The article summarizes the practical experience of using the author's didactic textbook "Word Games". This manual is aimed at correcting the pronunciation of nouns in preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (level III). The diagnostic procedure is described, and the results of the ascertaining and control experiments are presented. The effectiveness of the workbook has been proven. Conclusions are drawn about the expediency of using the workbook in speech therapy work.
