This article examines communication as an important area of human life, a factor of his professional success, his peculiarities in the modern world. The substantiation of competence in communication as a necessary component of effective pedagogical activity is given. The need to understand one's own charac-teristics and problems in communication is emphasized in order to increase communicative competence. The results of an empirical study of the ideas of future teachers about their own difficulties in communication and ways to overcome them arepresented. They consider their personal characteristics and lack of communication skills to be the main problems of communication. And they consider the correction of their own personal qualities, the acquisition of communication experience and the formation of communicative skills as the main ways to overcome existing problems.
This article presents the development of a logistics business game “Management of a transport enterprise” designed for college students. The game provides an opportunity for students to see how they will act in conditions close to their future professional activities. During the game interaction, participants will be able to get to know each other better, look at their work from a new perspective and distract themselves from routine tasks, which helps to increase their motivation and return to the learning process with renewed vigor.
The purpose of the article is to study the specifics of pedagogical creativity as one of the fields of activity of a teacher. The content of pedagogical creativity is determined. The fundamental differences between the teacher's creativity and creativity in other spheres of human activity are shown. The characteristics of the creative thinking of the teacher are substantiated. The distinctive features of pedagogical creativity as a subject-subject process, as a synthesis (synergy) of experience and creativity, as a process of solving pedagogical tasks in changing circumstances are identified.
Pedagogical principles are the basis for choosing learning technologies, which in turn is a tool for high-quality professional training. The choice of pedagogical technology is carried out by the teacher on the basis of his personal pedagogical beliefs, and the teaching technology forms the individual style of his pedagogical activity. Sometimes learning technologies representing a set of forms, methods and means of teaching can act as independent didactic systems that have received generally accepted names, for example, problem-based learning, contextual learning, programmed learning, etc. We have considered the most important pedagogical principles that are the methodological basis of professional education and are implemented in the study of general professional and special disciplines of specialists in the service sector, and also proposed the author's principles: the principle of interactive student activity, the principle of research orientation, the principle of reflexivity. For the formation of personal and professional qualities of students, it is necessary to involve each student in practical useful activities using the means and content of education, which is determined by curricula, programs, textbooks.
