The article discusses the directions of digital modernization of the tourism industry. The advantages of using information and communication technologies for tourism enterprises are shown, the most important trends in the development of digitalization of business processes in tourism are noted.

The object of the study is the allegorical poem by W. Langland "Visions about Peter Pahar," dedicated to the axiological problem relevant to his era, considered by the author in an eschatological perspective. The subordination of the composition of the work to the author's concept, the use of a complex temporary organization of the work; the meaning of the allegorical images of the poem is revealed; the biblical discourse realized by the poet at different levels of the work is analyzed. The rationale for the depth and multidimensionality of the discussion of the poem is emphasized by the intellectual influence of university culture, where the topic of saving the human soul was hotly discussed. The system of moral values outlined by Langland in the poem is determined, the place in it of those virtues that will lead a person to righteousness.

The panoramic objects and dynamic transformations of the Far North landscape realities are analyzed in the article; moreover, the natural and weather features of the earth, water, sky, perceptual descriptions of the tundra and a man in it are also observed. The lexical and semantic analysis of the features of visual-sensual images in the lyrics of A. Bazhanov allows us to make a conclusion on the author’s diversity about representation of the surrounding reality and about the dominants of the mapping of the northern nature world.

The requirements of modern education for each student to achieve high quality learning outcomes can only be met if special conditions are created for the child. This process is described in in research works devoted to the personification of education. The process of personification of modern school education involves creating conditions for students to choose and implement an individual educational trajectory in the context of non-linear education, taking into account his/her motives, interests, abilities, educational needs, as well as taking responsibility for the educational results obtained. The purpose of the article is to model the diagnosis of personification of the school educational environment in accordance with the structure of the environment, its parametric characteristics, strategies and scenarios of personification. The main approach of the study is the environmental approach as a methodological basis for designing the process of the school educational environment personification, focused on achieving modern quality of education in accordance with the individual educational request of the student. The authors of the article identify the relationships between the components of the education quality, components of the educational environment and strategies for personifying the educational environment of the school: strategies of events occurrence, self-realization, support. Based on this, an attempt was made to model the diagnostics of the personification of the school educational environment, including: assessment of the parametric characteristics of the educational environment of a school in accordance with the designated strategies; identification of student and parent satisfaction with respect to the components of the educational environment, analysis of fixed individual educational outcomes and achievements; study of options for staging the personification of the educational environment. In conclusion, the article considers the structure of the educational environment as a basis for identifying educational risks in the context of personification of school education. The theoretical implication of the study lies in the construction of a model for diagnosing the personification of school education in the context of the environmental approach. The combination of indicated diagnostic methods can be used in the practice of management activities of heads of educational organizations to assess the effectiveness of the process of personifying the school educational environment and designing its optimal scenario.

The relevance of the research is determined by the need to improve the professional training of students at a pedagogical university in the context of modern socio-cultural and technological challenges that require a certain flexibility of educational programs while preserving their value and meaning basis. The increasing role of digital technologies, the expansion of educational environments and the changing nature of communications actualize the problem of developing tools that ensure the personification of the educational process. The aim of the article is to reveal the specifics of the composition of an interdisciplinary module as a means of personifying the professional training of students at a pedagogical university. The leading research approaches were the theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the problem of interdisciplinarity and modular learning, as well as empirical methods, including questionnaires, observation, expert assessment and analysis of student products during the testing of modules. The main results of the study are related to clarifying the concept of an interdisciplinary professional training module focused on the professional development of a student through inclusion in professional tests. The functionality of the module in giving the educational process the characteristics of non-linearity, eventfulness and productivity of communications is substantiated. The logic of the module implementation (preparation, culmination, aftereffect, certification) is developed and its block structure is proposed, including goal setting, architecture and content. The testing of the modules has shown their effectiveness in expanding the professional experience of students, in shaping their responsibility for pedagogical decisions and in preparing them for the organization of the educational process in modern conditions. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the development of ideas about interdisciplinary modules as a means of personifying teacher training. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the proposed composition of an interdisciplinary professional training module to enrich educational programs, make them flexible and adaptable in the light of the challenges of the time.
