The results of the of the second All-Russian Forum of breeders and seed growers «Russian Field», which took place in Kazan in August 2025, are presented. This forum brought together leading Russian scientists, representatives of business, agricultural education, and government agencies. The forum discussed the prospects for the development of domestic breeding, climate change in seed production and breeding and their forecasts, the protection of intellectual property in breeding, and many other important issues. The central forum's event was a speech by Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, who discussed key issues of state policy in the field of plant breeding and seed production.
