The author analyzes modern practices of forming crisis readiness (stress training, cognitive-behavioral techniques, simulation approaches), identifies risks of post-traumatic stress disorders, issues of validity of resilience assessment methods, as well as the problem of a deficit of standardized training programs. Based on the analysis, proposals are formulated for improving the system of psychological training of the population and professional groups.
