The article analyzes the state of SMEs in the Russian Federation during the pandemic. It analyzes the actions of the commission on minors and executive bodies in the event of placing a child in state care, including the registration of a ban on alienation and deregistration of vehicles. The article emphasizes the importance of compliance with the law in matters of protecting the interests of children and the responsibility of parents for their maintenance and upbringing.
