The article analyzes the state of SMEs in the Russian Federation during the pandemic. The results of statistical studies describing the main problems of business development in Russia are presented, and possible measures of state support are considered. This article examines the legal aspects of the ban on alienation of property for parents who have obligations to support their children. It describes the conditions under which such a ban may be established, as well as exceptions concerning the alienation of residential premises in the interests of children. It analyzes the actions of the commission on minors and executive bodies in the event of placing a child in state care, including the registration of a ban on alienation and deregistration of vehicles. The article emphasizes the importance of compliance with the law in matters of protecting the interests of children and the responsibility of parents for their maintenance and upbringing.
