This article investigates the impact of digitalization processes on the formation of artistic perception and consumption of contemporary art among youth. The analysis focuses on digital platforms such as social networks, virtual museums, and online galleries. It examines how digital technologies expand access to cultural heritage and current art practices while simultaneously transforming the viewer's role from a passive observer into an active participant in cultural dialogue. Particular attention is paid to the paradoxical nature of this influence: on one hand, the democratization and popularization of art, and on the other – the risk of superficial, "clip-based" perception and dependence on content curation algorithms. The conclusion emphasizes the need for developing digital and media literacy to foster a holistic and profound understanding of contemporary art in the digital age. The research findings may be useful for educators, cultural scholars, and exhibition organizers.

This article examines the migration intentions of rural youth in Olekminsky district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). A questionnaire survey of high school students from four schools in the district and students from universities and colleges in Yakutsk (natives of Olekminsky district) was conducted. The purpose of the study is to find out if young people are going to return to their district after completing their studies and to identify the key factors influencing their migration plans. According to the results, the majority of respondents (69.3%) are not intended to return home because of limited career prospects, low wages and poor infrastructure. Some respondents are ready for return migration if they have relatives, their own house and guaranteed employment. It is concluded that youth outflow is a significant factor in the district's population decline and requires a targeted policy to increase the attractiveness of the area for young professionals.
