The article discusses the specific features of legal education in the UK, its historical origin and development trends. It gives the information about the stages of student training in legal education. The authors reveal the areas of responsibility of different types of lawyers in the UK such as a barrister, a solicitor, a legal adviser.
Today there is a problem of a shortage of teachers of English and computer science, especially in remote, small educational institutions. In this regard, the issue of training teachers with sufficient foreign language communicative competence becomes relevant. This problem made it possible to develop and implement a bachelor's program with two training profiles (foreign language (English) and computer science) using CLIL-technology.
The scientific idea of the possibility of developing the personality of future bachelors in the process of studying humanities, natural sciences, and special disciplines by means of multicultural content was developed and tested in practice on the example of materials from the Tyumen region – the former Tobolsk province. The possibilities of the material about Siberian crafts and crafts as the basis of ethnic and multinational communications, traditions, selection, which is based on the principles of didactics: scientific, accessible, interdisciplinary, systematic. The multicultural material for different areas of training in the study of the basic and variable part of the disciplines in different directions is proposed.
This article examines the time perspective and life strategies of undergraduate and graduate students majoring in psychology in the context of contemporary socioeconomic and political instability. The study's relevance is substantiated by the need to develop students' life-creation skills, goal-setting, and adaptation to changing conditions. A brief overview of theoretical approaches to the study of time perspective (K. Levin, J. Nutten) and life strategies (K. A. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, N. V. Ivanova, D. A. Leontiev) is provided. Data are presented demonstrating higher values for time perspective, goal-setting, and life strategies among master's students compared to bachelor's students. The results highlight differences in the perception of time and the formation of life plans between students at different levels of study. The data presented in the article confirm that continuing education and gaining experience in a professional field contribute to a more conscious attitude towards time, the formation of clear life goals and the development of planning skills, which, in turn, creates the basis for the successful implementation of life strategies.
