This article examines the time perspective and life strategies of undergraduate and graduate students majoring in psychology in the context of contemporary socioeconomic and political instability. The study's relevance is substantiated by the need to develop students' life-creation skills, goal-setting, and adaptation to changing conditions. A brief overview of theoretical approaches to the study of time perspective (K. Levin, J. Nutten) and life strategies (K. A. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, N. V. Ivanova, D. A. Leontiev) is provided. Data are presented demonstrating higher values for time perspective, goal-setting, and life strategies among master's students compared to bachelor's students. The results highlight differences in the perception of time and the formation of life plans between students at different levels of study. The data presented in the article confirm that continuing education and gaining experience in a professional field contribute to a more conscious attitude towards time, the formation of clear life goals and the development of planning skills, which, in turn, creates the basis for the successful implementation of life strategies.
