The relevance of the work is due to changes in the federal state educational standards of higher education in a foreign language, where the main role is acquired by business communication skills in oral and written forms and the possession of which is impossible without formed grammatical skills. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature made it possible to identify the specifics of teaching the grammatical side of foreign language speech in a non-linguistic university, the conditions, principles and stages of formation, improvement and development of grammatical skills, types of exercises to achieve the goals set. The purpose of this study is to work out a set of exercises for improving and developing grammatical skills on a communicative basis in a non-linguistic university and justify its effectiveness. The theoretical and methodological basis of this research was made up of works devoted to the problems of teaching a foreign language in a non-linguistic university, teaching grammar of a foreign language, the formation and maintenance of students' motivation. It is proposed to use professional texts as a basis for the exercises. They arouse students’ interest, contribute to maintaining motivation to learn a foreign language. Experimental training, which included the technology of the "flipped classroom" based on the electronic course in the discipline "Foreign Language" in LMS Moodle and the worked out set of communicative exercises based on professional texts, proved their effectiveness. The positive outcomes were obtained as a result of training and were reflected in the final test and student survey. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the revision of approaches to teaching grammatical aspect in a non-linguistic university. The practical significance of the article is in the fact that this technology can be used in teaching grammatical aspect of any foreign language, provided that it is adapted accordingly, depending on the typical language difficulties, students’ needs and curriculum content.

The proposed article is devoted to the formation of grammatical skills in students of secondary schools when teaching English. At the same time, information technologies are considered as the key means of developing this skill. The relevance of the study is connected, on the one hand, with the general course towards the digitalization of school education, which is indicated in a number of program documents of the Ministry of Education, and on the other hand, with the objective productivity of information technologies, noted by a number of practicing teachers. In the methodology of teaching foreign languages, the skill acts as the top of the didactic pyramid of educational tasks. The grammatical skill acts as one of the most difficult to form. This work aims to develop and determine the effectiveness of a set of exercises using information technology to form grammatical skills when teaching a foreign language in a secondary school. The main method in the proposed study is the method of pedagogical experiment, which includes diagnostic, forming and control stages. In addition, the methods of testing, quantitative and qualitative analysis of its results are used. The study systematizes and analyses the works of domestic and foreign scientists, reflecting a wide range of ideas about the methodology of teaching foreign language grammar, the essence of information technologies, the specific features of their use in the educational process, which constitutes the theoretical significance of the work. The uniqueness of the study lies in the definition of the pedagogical problem and the proposed method of its solution. The analysis of the textbook of one of the educational-methodical complexes on English language from the point of view of work on grammatical material based on information technologies is made, the formation of grammatical skill among students of seventh grades of the basic school is diagnosed, the original set of exercises involving information technologies is developed and the effectiveness of its application in a particular group of schoolchildren is statistically substantiated. The practical significance of the work is connected with the possibility of using the developments proposed in it in the practice of teaching English in various educational institutions.
The article offers tasks and exercises aimed at improving the grammatical skills of expressing future actions in 9th grade students in English lessons. The results of a pedagogical experiment to identify the level of formation of grammatical skills of expressing future actions in students of grade 9 "B" of MAOU Secondary school No. 13 in Temryuk, Krasnodar Territory are presented. The diagnostic results showed the need to develop tasks and exercises aimed at improving the grammatical skill of expressing future actions in students of this class. The proposed additional exercises and tasks focus on specific problem areas, which allows students to gain additional practice in using various materials and contexts. The research materials can be useful for student interns and English language teachers.

The relevance of the study is related to solving problems in the field of teaching Russian as a foreign language, improving the quality of language training, and developing the communicative abilities of students. The study of the subjunctive mood requires understanding of the multidimensionality of the concept of mood and its relationship with the category of modality. Textbooks focus only on one type of sentence (for example, complex sentences with a subordinate clause of condition), which does not allow for comprehensive understanding of subjunctive mood functioning in different structural and semantic contexts. The aim of the study is to examine the specific aspects of developing students' skills in using grammatical phenomena with complex semantics. The study uses a comprehensive approach to developing grammatical competence, which combines communicative, functional, and structural-functional approaches. The analytical approach in this context is applied for the purpose of detailed parsing and analysis of the semantics and functions of the subjunctive mood in various communicative situations. As a result, a set of exercises in Russian as a foreign language at the preparatory faculty of Baikal State University was developed. It actualizes the skills of grammar with complex semantics (on the example of the subjunctive mood), develops the ability of students to correctly and automatically use complex grammatical structures in oral and written speech, understand their meaning in context, and apply them in various communicative situations. The presented set of exercises for the development of speech grammatical skills in Russian as a foreign language among students of the preparatory faculty in terms of its implementation includes introductory, preparatory, automating (standardizing and stereotyping) stages. The use of a series of training exercises that are adequate to the three levels of complexity of grammatical phenomena helps to build a methodological algorithm for teaching practices. The theoretical significance of the study lies in deepening the understanding of the structure and mechanisms of developing grammatical competence, including the analysis of its components (knowledge, skills, and abilities) and their relationship with other aspects of language competence. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results can be used in teaching the grammatical aspects of foreign language speech, for example, in developing grammatical exercises and tasks for the development of grammatical skills aimed at imitation, reproduction, transformation, and combination.
