As education modernizes, more and more attention is being paid to the development of creativity and cognitive interests in younger students. Schools play an important role in developing these skills from an early age. Extracurricular activities at school give children the opportunity to show their talents and inter-ests and to discover their potential. It helps students to develop creative thinking and teamwork skills. This article considers the importance of game means in extracurricular activities in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), studying their potential as a means of teaching, techniques, methods and means of educational dialog in the aspect of mathematical education of junior schoolchildren.
The presented article is devoted to the problem of educating primary school students in extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities develop the ability to think logically, experiment, draw conclusions, open up space for creativity and have a positive effect on the process of educating younger students. The organization of extracurricular activities creates conditions for social and cultural self-determination, cre-ative self-realization of the child's personality
The author addresses the issue of developing the cultural competence of younger schoolchildren. The article offers practical tasks for students in grades 3-4, aimed at understanding the Russian language as a form of reflection of spiritual culture, manifestation of national and personal self-knowledge.

In this article, the authors present the results of both a theoretical study to identify the pedagogical conditions for raising responsible attitude towards birds in younger schoolchildren, and data on their practical application in empirical research. The introductory part of the article points out the current contradiction between the need to educate younger schoolchildren in a responsible attitude towards birds and the insufficient use of the potential of project activities to solve this problem. Next, we are talking about the pedagogical conditions for educating third-graders to take a responsible attitude towards birds in the project: the development and inclusion in the activities of students of a workbook with stories by naturalist writers about birds and assignments compiled taking into account the methods of environmental psychopedagogy; the creation by students of the video "Feathered Friends" as a product of project activities. The final part contains information about the workbook and the video "Feathered Friends".
