Abstract. The article reveals the significance of STEAM-technologies in preschool education and offers recommendations for their effective application. The influence of a multidisciplinary approach on the cognitive, creative, and personal development of young children is considered. The advantages of STEAM-based education over classical methods are substantiated, and ways to improve the quality of preschool education through the implementation of innovative practices are outlined.

The work experience of a university teacher in training child psychologists for preschool educational organizations is presented.
