The author presents the progress and results of the empirical research, the purpose of which was to study the organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional development of young teachers in the system of post-graduate teacher education.
This article describes the effect of reflection on the professional position of the teacher. Knowledge of the characteristics of reflection will allow you to work with teachers in order to improve their professional skills, providing psychological and pedagogical support, taking into account their professional position. The article presents the results of the study of teachers of two educational institutions of Orenburg (57 teachers). The article examines the concept and key characteristics of the professional position of a teacher. It is revealed that the structure of a teacher's professional position includes the following components: awareness of the special significance of the teaching profession, an understanding of the dual nature of the profession (transformative and managerial), a commitment to the development and shaping of students' personalities, and the ability to organize effective pedagogical interactions. It is noted that a teacher's professional position is a dynamic phenomenon that teachers must develop and refine throughout their professional career.
