The article is devoted to the peculiarities of organizing work in small groups while teaching a foreign language. This kind of work is viewed under the consideration of a learner centered approach. Special attention is given to the necessity of using the method of a role-play in small groups while teaching a foreign language. The article contains original exercises stimulating the level of motivation with the learners and facilitating the quality of education.
The article substantiates the relevance of the using sociogame pedagogy in the process of forming communication skills among lyceum students in English lessons. The author describes the essential features, rules and principles of sociogame pedagogy. She examines the methods, techniques and forms of work in the lesson, built on the basis of this technology. The article provides examples of the using sociogame pedagogy techniques in the process of teaching English.
The competence-based approach implemented in secondary vocational education requires the use of dynamic and interactive forms in the organisation of educational students’ activities. Pedagogics of cooperation as a teaching technology allows to build comprehensive learning outcomes efficiently by organisation of teaching in small groups of variable structure. The article offers an option of studying subjects of civil relations in the study course «Civil Law», implemented as part of educational program «40.02.01 Law and social welfare organisation»using the cooperation technology.
The article presents a theoretical substantiation and a practice-oriented description of the methodology for organizing small group work in "Fundamentals of Financial Literacy" classes for secondary vocational education students majoring in 38.02.01 "Economics and Accounting (by industry)". It is shown that the group form of education contributes to the growth of academic motivation, an increase in cognitive activity, and the development of general competencies related to teamwork and communication. Special attention is paid to the features of designing practical sessions (case studies, mini-discussions, calculation tasks), the selection of micro-group members, the distribution of roles, and the evaluation of results. Elements of experimental pedagogical work are provided, confirming the effectiveness of this approach within the context of the college 'Donintech’.
