The lack of definite values in modern general education and, accordingly, educational strategies entails a problem: it is difficult to develop age-related resources for junior teenagers within the framework of educational strategies. The purpose of the study is to justify the conditions for the development of regional identity: knowledge about the city and a positive attitude towards it. The urban environment is considered as a space of meanings and implications, which are essential for education. It is shown that the age resources of junior teenagers in the course of the project are updated, cognitive resources and meta-subject competences are developed.
The article reveals topical issues related to the concept of sustainable development of urban areas, which is embedded in the essence and structure of the "smart city". The authors investigated theoretical aspects and some practically achieved results concerning the implementation of the “smart city” concept in Russia.
The authors believe that the concept of a “smart city” is being successfully implemented both in the capital of Russia and in individual cities of the country. An important goal of this process is the implementation of the national program "Digital Economy" in the framework of ensuring sustainable development of society. The concept of a “smart city” is better adapted to solving everyday life problems in the urban environment.
The article considers the features of the formation of ethnic identity of adolescents in an urban environment, describes the results of a pilot study of the formation of knowledge and ideas of adolescents about the ethnic characteristics of a person and a group, awareness of belonging to their ethnic group, outlines ways to increase the ethnocultural competence of adolescents.
The practical experience of the Council of the Fathers of the National Schools of the city of Yakutsk in the implementation of the ethno-cultural content of education is considered.
The growth of residential areas in Tobolsk causes an increase in the share of urban territory located in the acoustic discomfort zone. The main source of noise impact in Tobolsk is the noise of traffic flows. This paper examines the influence of urban planning principles on the level of noise load in residential areas. An assessment of the noise load in the residential area of Tobolsk was made. The optimal type of development for areas with high traffic intensity was determined.
